Madeline is the pinnacle of Service Excellence.  She approaches every project, every system upgrade, each deadline, and even routine monthly tasks with the same level of energy, eagerness, passion, and interest to get the job done timely and correctly.

Madeline supports the operations of the BH Finance Division, most critically the Allscripts general ledger and Hyperion budgeting software platforms.  Employees in the field know that Madeline is their “go-to” contact for issues and can be counted on to achieve positive results.

Complicated problem-solving techniques are frequently required due to the software not working properly.  Madeline always makes it a priority to resolve these issues timely and to the employees’ satisfaction.  Madeline treats everyone with respect, is always professional, and is a key member of the BH Finance team.
