Ryan Foley – Assistant Manager, Revenue Cycle

Ryan Foley has been an integral part of the success of the Acute Care Revenue Cycle team. He is a key project leader working primarily with our Experian Insurance Eligibility and Authorization vendor on upgrades and overall system improvement.

Ryan has made himself consistently available to our hospital staff when they need help with problems ranging from complex system downtime to simple password resets. He has traveled to multiple facilities this year, often sitting side by side with staff in the ER and admitting areas to gain their perspective, using patience and kindness. His dedication to the needs of the hospital staff and the patients they serve has allowed us to make huge strides toward success with all the Experian Insurance Eligibility tools and in turn provides a better staff experience and increased patient satisfaction.

Ryan is a true example of dedication to our facility personnel with his Service Excellence.
