Have you ever wondered where the creative concepts for our annual Hospital Management Conference or your Open Enrollment materials come from? Or who designed the materials for our holiday celebrations, summer picnics, and even our Service Excellence materials?

It’s the same person who created the Living Proof campaign at The Valley Health System in Las Vegas and who was instrumental in developing the ER Just Got EasiER creative concept that has since been shared across the Acute Care Division to Southern California, Florida, and North and South Texas. And you can add Crossings Healthcare Solutions, Prominence Health Plan to the list of outstanding work.

For 15 years, Jen has never shied away from taking on more responsibility, stopping whatever she is doing to put up another banner, or take one down, run missing name badges over to our picnic or M3 materials to the Corporate Office.

She is a mentor and a confidante and the kind of person you want to work with every day of the week because her attitude and willingness to help are appreciated by everyone. She goes above and beyond every day; she’s a team player who is professional and treats everyone with respect and kindness. She’s a coach and mentor, a collaborator, a passionate, creative and energetic designer.
