Nisha provides every UHS employee with the same level of excellent service. She works hard to resolve issues in a timely fashion, and follows up with her customers to ensure their satisfaction. She always has a positive attitude, regardless of the situation at hand.
Nisha has been instrumental in the success of a number of mission critical projects. Her unwavering determination to ensure this success is evident in the quality of code that she and her team delivers. She is attentive, meticulous, and diligent with her approach to designing solutions with the goal of providing a great end user experience. She actively seeks to improve existing processes to extend their usefulness and lifecycle. She frequently works additional hours outside of the office to ensure completion of any outstanding issues.
She is always willing to assist a team member with resolving a coding issue or recommend an approach to a complex issue. She is an invaluable resource to her staff and summer interns by providing valuable feedback during code reviews, as well as her willingness to explain complex coding examples.
