2015 UHS Service Excellence Winner

Shanay was introduced to UHS as a WorkReady Intern in 2009. She joined UHS in February, 2011, and has been promoted several times since then. She currently is Senior Customer Center Coordinator.

Shanay received multiple nominations because of her positive attitude. She consistently receives praise and kudos from both the Acute Care and Behavioral Health divisions. She is an excellent role model for the team and mentors and trains new employees. Always smiling, Shanay is always willing to help and is a great example of Service Excellence.
